A man will face a crown court judge next month accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in a pub.

Andrew Dahill, 51, is said by prosecutors to have touched the 15-year-old’s chest and thigh over clothing as she sat in The Cricketers Arms, Temple Cowley, on April 11, 2015.

Appearing before Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday afternoon, Dahill, of Upper Fisher Road, Oxford, pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault by touching.

He elected to stand trial at the crown court in front of a judge and jury.

The magistrates bailed him to attend Oxford Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on October 6.

Alastair Yapp appeared for the Crown Prosecution Service. Claudia Hylton represented Dahill.
