A drug support worker died from ‘opioid toxicity’, a coroner’s court heard.
Maria Workman, 37, was found dead at her home in Poolside Close, Banbury, on May 28 this year.

Opening her inquest on Wednesday, senior coroner Darren Salter said a post-mortem had been carried out and the cause of her death found to be opioid – or drug – toxicity together with an underlying condition of steatohepatitis liver disease.
A full inquest will take place on January 10 next year.
The purpose of an inquest is to establish the identity of the person who has died and how they came by their death. Inquests are usually held where a death is not believed to be due to natural causes.
