FA Cup third qualifying round draw as Oxford City and Banbury United learn ties

OXFORD City will host Plymouth Parkway in the Emirates FA Cup third qualifying round.

Ross Jenkins’ side were paired with the Pitching In Southern League Premier South strugglers in this lunchtime's draw.

The Devon outfit have already seen off Didcot Town and North Leigh in this season's competition, fighting back from 2-0 down to beat the Millers 3-2 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Banbury United will welcome Berkhamsted if they overcome Stratford Town tonight.

City reached this stage with a 2-1 win at Salisbury at the weekend, as new signing Oliver Sanderson scored on debut and Lewis Coyle added a second.

Banbury will have a home tie against Southern League Division 1 Central side Berkhamsted if they beat Stratford in this evening's postponed game.

The Puritans have reached the first round proper in the last two seasons, while their potential opponents are fourth in their table.

The ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday, October 1.
