RESTAURANTS on George Street have been evacuated and fire alarms are sounding.
Diners inside Côte Oxford were ushered outside at around 5.52pm.
In one video you can see people leaving the restaurant as a high pitched shreking noise rings in the backgorund.
Three fire crews arrived at the scene.
Côte is next to the Four Candles and opposite the Old Fire Station.
One witness said: "It doesn't seem like anything major is happening but diners are being evacuated outside."
