A man who was caught drink driving had five other passengers in the car – plus one in the boot.
The Ford Fiesta was stopped in Oxford after police noticed the poor standard of driving.
The driver failed a road side breath test.
Officers then asked the passengers to walk home.
TVP Roads Policing posted on Facebook that they "were quite shocked when 5 passengers got out of the vehicle".
Officers then asked if the driver needed anything out the vehicle.
"He replied 'my mate out the boot'."
The driver has been charged with drink driving and using a motor vehicle on a road when the number of passengers is likely to cause danger.
