FORMER Oxford United trialist Marley Watkins has joined Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock.
Watkins scored for the U’s in the 3-1 win against Southampton B, before playing in midweek at Eastleigh.
A deal never came about though and the 32-year-old winger has decided to join Kilmarnock, where he links up with Derek McInnes, his former manager at Aberdeen.

Watkins, who joins Kilmarnock on a one-year deal, saw his contract with Aberdeen expire this summer.
Among his new teammates will be United centre back Stuart Findlay, who joined Kilmarnock on a season-long loan last week.
Findlay’s loan with Kilmarnock will be his fourth spell with the club, and third on a temporary basis.
He spent the 2015/16 and 2017/18 campaigns on loan at Kilmarnock, and joined permanently in July 2018, before moving to Philadelphia Union in February 2021.
The Rugby Park outfit finished 10th in Scotland’s first tier last season.
