Some of the freshest and most creative chefs in London will be cooking at The Hoxton, Southwark over the next three months as part of the hotel’s New Kids On The Stove chef residency series. Each one night only event will feature brand new menus from Ana Da Costa of Two Hot Asians and Ben Lippett of Mob (plus a third still TBA) with matching beers from Camden Town Brewery.
First up is Ana Da Costa, cooking a menu that celebrates her heritage (she grew up in Macau, China) with dishes like fried potato croquette stuffed with mincemeat, cold tofu salad with salted cod chutney, tamarind & shrimp paste braised pork shoulder with coconut rice, and Macanese trifle. Tickets cost £45 and include the menu plus 3 and a 1/2 pints from Camden Town Brewery.
