EDDIE Odhiambo is targeting an Emirates FA Cup run as North Leigh enter the famous competition tomorrow.

The Millers entertain AFC Stoneham (3pm), who play two leagues below in the Wessex League Premier Division.

Odhiambo knows North Leigh will be tipped to progress from the first qualifying round tie, but he is wary of an upset.

The Millers manager said: "A home draw versus lower-league opposition, that’s favourable, but it also tees you up for a bigger fall.

"I’ve been on the good end of giantkillings and in our context I don’t want to be on the receiving end.

"We don’t have any room but to go strong, I don’t believe in fielding weakened teams. The more games you play, the better you’re doing.

"We want to play as many games as we can this season, the FA Cup is still the best competition in the world and I would like us to have some modicum of success in it.”

Didcot Town host Plymouth Parkway in their Cup tie, while Thame United welcome Berkhamsted and Kidlington visit Walthamstow in Pitching In Southern League Division 1 Central.
