Oxford pavement blocked by fallen tree

A fallen tree has blocked a pavement near a school in Oxford.

The tree was spotted in Ferry Hinksey Road opposite Oatlands car park and near West Oxford Community Primary School.

Photographs of the tree show that it is completely blocking the pavement, forcing pedestrians to step onto the road to walk around it.

Both Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council have been contacted about the tree’s removal but did not respond by the time of this article’s publication.
