REGINALD MOODY, 57, of Crowmarsh Gifford, near Wallingford, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat Altea on Long Wittenham Road, North Morton, while over the limit for drugs cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He also admitted possession of cocaine. He was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £84 in costs and surcharge.
JOSEPH FAULKNER, 39, of The Crescent, Carterton, pleaded guilty to damaging a caravan window at Valley Farm Campsite, Farmoor, on August 3 last year. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
DANIEL KNIGHT, 29, of Bradley Road, Nuffield, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards three people in Henley on July 12 last year. The prosecution offered no evidence to support three assault charges. The magistrates fined him £320, ordered he pay £100 in compensation and a further £119 in costs and surcharge.
LUKE O’BRIEN, 44, of Hartford Close, Bicester, was given a six month conditional discharge for stealing instant coffee from Tesco in Bradford. He must pay a £26 victim surcharge.
KANE JONES, 26, of The Mere, Benson, admitted using threatening behaviour towards a man in Box Tree Lane, Didcot, and driving a Vauxhall Astra in London Road, Headington, while disqualified and without insurance. He was given eight weeks’ imprisonment, must pay £50 compensation, banned from driving for a further year and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
BOBBY DAVENPORT, 29, of Virgate, Abingdon, was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Didcot and damaging a rabbit hutch worth £200. He admitted assaulting five police officers, damaging a police van and possession of cannabis. He was given a 90 alcohol abstinence tag, requiring him to steer clear of any booze. The magistrates ordered he pay £600 in compensation.
EBRIMA BAH, 52, of Haven Vale, Wantage, admitted driving a Skoda Octavia without a valid licence, insurance, valid MOT and while over the drug-drive limit for cannabis. He was caught behind the wheel of the V-registration car on Grove Street, Wantage, on December 30 last year. He was fined £400, banned from driving for 18 months and pay £125 in costs and surcharge.
GOERGE WEBB, 25, of Peppard Road, Sonning Common, admitted drink driving a Mitsubishi L200 pick up near Rotherfield Greys on January 9. He was found to have 148 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £500, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs and surcharge.
JOSEPH BULL, 32, of Longore, Stonesfield, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Mazda 3 on Woodstock Road, Oxford, in January. Tests showed he was over the limit for benzoylecgonine and cannabis. He must complete 80 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for two years.
ISMAEEL SHAN, 21, of Temple Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford in March. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge, although the sum was deemed paid by time served in the cells.
