A man will stand trial next summer accused of sexual assault and voyeurism.
Shane King, 43, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, pleaded not guilty to five counts of sexual assault of a girl under-13 and two charges of voyeurism.
The offences were allegedly committed between January 2019 and January 2020.
Judge Ian Pringle QC bailed King to return to the crown court for his trial on July 3 next year. The case is expected to last between six and eight days.
Voyeurism is defined as observing another person doing a ‘private act’ for your own sexual gratification, knowing that the person would not consent to being viewed. The maximum penalty is two years’ imprisonment.
