TWO people were arrested after police officers hunted down a car involved in a suspected drug deal.
Thames Valley Police’s (TVP) rural crime taskforce reported officers located the vehicle in Minster Lovell, with a man and woman detained for searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

The TVP post online added: “The male fled across fields however was promptly located by PC Burton from the TVP dog section.
“A search of the vehicle subsequently identified that it was on false index plates, contained a quantity of cannabis and an offensive weapon.
“The male was arrested for multiple offences and his vehicle was recovered.
“The female was found in possession of suspected class A drugs and was also arrested.
“If you witness a drug deal in progress, please report this to TVP on 999.
"Information relating to drugs supply can also be reported to Crimestoppers anonymously.”
