GARY Rowett hopes that both Cameron Brannagan and Mark Harris will be available for Oxford United’s trip to Plymouth Argyle tonight.
Brannagan has been nursing a minor hamstring twinge, while Harris was forced off early in the draw at Preston North End with a hamstring problem.
The visit to Argyle comes too soon for long-term absentee Joe Bennett, while skipper Elliott Moore is absent with an adductor injury.

U’s head coach Rowett said: “We’re looking at seeing whether Mark Harris would be available, but being available and being able to start the game are a different conversation.
“We’ve got quite a few in-between at the moment, which is partly why I had to pick the team I had to pick on Saturday. Normally I wouldn’t have made that many changes.
“With this game round the corner, with some injuries and the squad a little bit light in certain areas, we just couldn’t afford to take too many gambles really.”
On Brannagan, Rowett said: “Me trying to gain continuity quickly with the team meant I didn’t want to make many changes, so he was one that had to churn out those performances in big physical outputs, so therefore I just think he felt tight and overloaded.
“It wasn’t really an injury of sorts, but it was one we had to manage with the FA Cup game.
“Hopefully he’ll be back into contention for the Plymouth game, and touch wood, he’s able to perform to the level because he’s a key player for us.”
