GARY Rowett has warned against singling out former Oxford United winger Josh Murphy when looking at the threats Portsmouth could pose this afternoon.
Murphy has been Pompey’s most creative player in Sky Bet Championship this season, boasting eight assists to his name.
Only three players have managed more assists in the Championship, but Pompey can also cause problems in the final third through the likes of 10-goal Callum Lang, who has four goals in his last four games against United.

U’s head coach Rowett said: “When you’ve got lots of different players of different qualities, I could go through their team and talk about individuals.
“You’ve got someone like Matt Ritchie, who’s got Premier League experience, so you’re certainly not looking at someone like that and thinking he hasn’t got the quality to hurt you. I don’t tend to look at teams like that anyway.
“We have to perform. We always know that in any game, whether it’s home or away, we have to perform both in and out of possession as well as we can to go and get a result.
“We’ve shown that when we do that, we are a difficult side to go and take points off.”
