The Dusty Knuckle is continuing its Dusty Dinners series and they’ve got a very familiar face taking over the kitchen for the next one. Former head chef Paris Rosina, who’s been popping up all over town since leaving, is heading back to Dalston for one night only to cook up a four-course Italian feast. She describes her food as “classic comforts like your nan would serve, but sexier”, and she’ll be serving up celery soup with rye walnut croutons; braised borlottis with smokey pickled squash, potato sourdough & romesco butter; green lasagne with pecorino salad; and pistachio tiramisu. Tickets are £45 and there are two sittings available so get involved.
