Oxford Mail Camera Club members took the theme of water as their inspiration this week.
There were quite a few photos of wildlife on the River Thames while some photographers submitted photos they had taken at the seaside.

Mark Guschtscha went for a drink at The Victoria Arms in Old Marston and came away with this captivating shot of the River Cherwell, which is our photo of the week.
Other club members praised the photo, which shows the clouds reflected in the water.
Each week, camera club members are given a theme and then post their photos on the Oxford Mail Camera Club Facebook page.
Some of the photos are chosen to be featured each week in the paper, and online.

Some members choose to submit photos which are not theme-related but a themed photo is usually picked as the winner.
The next theme is ‘change’ as Autumn has arrived.
