Witney Feast will go ahead tonight and tomorrow.
There will be a minute's silence at 4pm today and a book of condolence.
This year's Feast will feature over 60 rides and attractions, including Dominator, Twister and Extreme plus the Waltzer and dodgems.
There will also be children's attractions, fairground games and food.
Opening times are 2-11pm on both Monday and Tuesday, although smaller attractions may pull down a little earlier on the second day.
